IntraNet Solutions Names Two to Board
Ken Holec and Steven Waldron have been added to IntraNet Solutions' (Eden Prairie, MN) board of directors. Holec is the president and CEO of ShowCase Corporation (Rochester, MN), a data warehousing solutions supplier, and was the CEO of HRMS solutions provider Lawson Software (Minneapolis) for eight years. Waldron is the president and CEO of St. Paul Software (St. Paul, MN), an EDI software provider. Waldron also helped found Norstan Communications, a Plymouth, MN-based supplier of telecommunications hardware and software. Their appointments bring operational experience as well as familiarity with developing relationships with large multinational corporations, according to IntraNet Solutions president and CEO Bob Olsen.
