Intellisource Fashions Outsourcing Solutions for Avon
Through an agreement with Intellisource (Fairfield, CT), the Avon lady can at long last stop wrangling with records and documents and focus on knocking on your door. Avon, the beauty products supplier, has selected Intellisource to provide long-term document and records management outsourcing services. Intellisource has already begun providing these services at Avon facilities in New York City and Rye, NY. The deal included the transfer of approximately 50 Avon associates to Intellisource, who will continue to report to their previous work locations. The deal gives Intellisource a geographic presence in NYC as well as a foot in the door in the consumer products market. "This is our first engagement in the consumer products segment, so we're delighted we have the opportunity to enter it by working with an industry leader such as Avon," said Charles Gibbons, Intellisource founder and CEO.
