Information Innovators Inc. Awarded $100 Million Contract with the FDA

Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i), a professional services company that provides technology and services to the federal government, has been awarded a 5-year, prime contract by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for web services support.

The Web Content Management System Support Services (WCMSSS) contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement that expands on work being performed by Triple-i on its predecessor contract.  With its $100-million ceiling, Triple-i, through this contract, will support the “exponential growth” of and the FDA's growing demand to place information on the internet. 

The contract builds upon Triple-i's 20-year relationship as a strategic partner with the FDA, said Steve Ikirt, Triple-i CEO. The company will provide mission-critical support for the FDA's internet and intranet as well as solutions for emerging FDA needs in the areas of web content management, search, and application delivery, noted Ted Schmitt, Triple-i's Agile Development Solutions division manager,
