Information Dimensions and Centillion Ink Pact
Information Dimensions (Dublin, OH) has agreed to distribute and support Centillion Digital Systems' (Indianapolis) Destiny digital asset management software. Destiny gives users the ability to electronically collaborate, organize, access and distribute electronic image files using standard Web browsers via the Internet or client/server technology. Destiny already uses Information Dimension's BASIS document management system as its search engine and database. "Since we are already knowledgeable about each other's technologies, this is a logical next step for us," said Stephen Recobs, Centillion's senior VP and GM. Information Dimensions president William Forquer added that Destiny addresses the growing need for organizations "to manage a broader range of digital assets."
