InStranet for AppExchange

InStranet has developed a solution built on Salesforce.com's AppExchange platform.

InStranet says its AppExchange solution seamlessly integrates with Salesforce.com to provide executives with knowledge on-demand, such as sales and servicing information, to increase productivity across all customer touch points, including contact centers and Web self-help. InStranet for AppExchange is one of 70 launch applications that are available through AppExchange, Salesforce.com's new on-demand application sharing service.

InStranet says its AppExchange offering uses customer profile information located in Salesforce applications as a filter to provide immediate, on-demand access for agents to appropriate knowledge, virtually eliminating the need for multiple searches. This saves agents time and increases first call resolution and customer satisfaction, InStranet claims.
