Icertis Joins the Box Platform Partner Program

Icertis, a provider of enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) in the cloud, has announced integration with Box, a provider of enterprise content management software.

Icertis Contract Management will integrate with Box’s enterprise content management platform, enabling users to collaborate with internal stakeholders, and to share documents and contract drafts during negotiation. The companies say the goal with the integrated solution is to allow customers to manage all their files, content, and contracts on one integrated platform.

According to the vendors, enterprise contract negotiations require close collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are minimizing risk and optimizing business benefits – and this can be the most time-consuming process in CLM, as corporate counsels must work with business leaders as well as other legal teams to ensure terms are properly defined and serve the best interest of the company they represent. By combining Box’s collaboration, file sharing, and mobility features with ICM’s contract management features, the companies say users can save time and money in the contracting process, and particularly during the negotiation process.
