INSCI Releases COINServ Workflow Software

INSCI (Westborough, MA) has unveiled the COINSflow workflow software. COINSflow, the result of INSCI's purchase of UK-based FlowFile

, combines a case management workflow solution with digital document archiving, routing and management. The product is currently being installed alongside INSCI's COINServ and COINScan products at a major credit card service provider, to initiate and automate billing dispute and chargeback processes. COINServ is built for Windows NT, and is now available.
