IAS Introduces Concept-Based Web Server

Information Access Systems (IAS, Boulder, CO) has introduced a concept-based Web server for Internet or intranet documents. The ITMS Web Search Server provides users with plain language concept-based text searching and retrieval capabilites on multiple servers, without the need for Boolean search operators or special controlled keywords. The server supports subdocument recognition and retrieval, and is bundled with IAS' Judgement Base Module knowledge base and a tool set for modifying or creating subject domain-specific Judgment Bases. The introductory price for the ITMS Web Search Server and JBM knowledge base is $15,000; the tool set is available for $10,000.
