IA unveils payment application for Checkvision Archive

IA Corporation (Emeryville, CA) has unveiled the latest in a wave of new applications for its Checkvision archive product. The Advanced Positive Pay application allows banks to review critical check information and input correct information and decisions, to help combat check and draft fraud. Banks and their clients can view critical items, checks or drafts, and payment information in real-time from various locations. Using a load leveling feature, banks can define a maximum number of items a user will get, or further delineate work load by volume, dollar amount or type of work item. With this application, clients can interact directly with banks, supplying information needed to correct data errors and make pay or return decisions. Benefits include streamlined operations, consolidated decisions, and reduced costs and overall write-offs, according to IA marketing VP Thierry Leger.
