IA Announces Fax Delivery for CheckVision

IA Corporation (Emeryville, CA) has released a new fax delivery application for its CheckVision Archive product. CheckVision Fax Delivery allows banks to offer their customers faxed delivery of paid items. With this application, customers can dial in to the bank's customer service center, which will then retrieve the front and back images of selected checks from CheckVision Archive and fax them back to the customer. CheckVision Fax Delivery gives banks the ability to offer additional fee-based products as well as improved customer service, according to Thierry Leger, IA's VP of marketing.
