Hummingbird Finalizes Amalgamation of Andyne

Business intelligence software developer Andyne (Kingston, Ontario) is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of

Hummingbird Communications (North York, Ontario). The deal was finalized yesterday. Under the agreement, each share of Andyne will be exchanged for 0.18745 of a Hummingbird common shares. The agreement combines Andyne's database technology and data warehousing with Hummingbird's enterprise networking software and document distribution software.
