Help for corporate counsel

Acknowledging that corporate attorneys may have different needs than those in law firms, LexisNexis has released Corporate Counsel Edition Research Tasks (CCERT). The new offering provides a starting point specifically developed for corporate counsel, which makes it easier and faster for them to get content, tools and services relevant to their needs, says LexisNexis.

The company says CCERT has been designed by attorneys and provides resources such as:

• locate a lawyer--enable users to find specialist outside counsel possible access to the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory;

• search public records--a tool to locate an individual or a company through the LexisNexis collection of public records; and;

• obtain company information--integrated access to a breadth of LexisNexis business intelligence.
