Targeting all vertical markets, Workscape, which offers benefits and work force management solutions, and Authoria, a provider of personalized, Web-based human resource communications, have reached a new agreement.

Workscape will resell Authoria's U.S. Benefits, U.S. Policies and eSPD Health and Welfare applications, running on the Authoria HR Platform, as value-added components of its employee self-service and benefits administration solutions. Through this extended relationship, the companies say, Workscape and Authoria can now offer customers a set of fully knowledge-enabled benefits and work force management solutions. Authoria and Workscape add that that customers will benefit from the new alliance through higher employee adoption and satisfaction, improved decision making and a greater return on self-service technology investments.
