SDL Tridion has unleashed WebForms 2010, an application designed to empower businesses to quickly create online forms to improve visitor interaction.

WebForms provides a user-friendly way to interact with the visitors through profiling, segmenting and targeted personalization. By gathering user information and building profiles, an organization can target content directly to its visitors based on their online habits.

SDL Tridion WebForms works by separating content from layout so that form labels and help text are managed and translated using the same processes as other Web content. IT resources are not required to achieve additional language variants because content is repurposed. WebForms ensures that a company presents questions based on previous responses. This allows visitors to use forms with ease, boosting their interaction and decreasing dropout rates due to a site presenting irrelevant information.
