German Gral gets Allegria

Gral (Darmstadt, Germany) has acquired Allegria (Laguna Hills, CA, http://www.allegria.com), the developer of the ForReview line of viewing and markup software. The acquisition extends Gral's plot management and graphics conversion line with an established view and markup tool, while giving the German firm entrance to the U.S. market through Allegria's distribution channel.
