Users sending E-mail get a customized receipt with a tracking number and other useful bits of information, such as who will be dealing with the request. Emailrobot can also archive web form output from company Web sites into an ODBC database, and automatically send custom replies. Users can also instruct Emailrobot to search databases for records that match certain requirements, and send out messages accordingly. EmailRobot integrates with Microsoft Exchange Server and all SMTP/POP3 mail servers and supports all ODBC databases, including Microsoft Access and SQL server. Pricing for EmailRobot starts at $495 for a Small Business edition. An evaluation version is available from the company's Web site.
