FutureSoft Introduces Workgroup Collaboration Tool

FutureSoft (Houston) has released the beta version of its Annotator workgroup collaboration tool. Annotator allows users to record and synchronize voice and actions for collaborate document review, using the document source as a basis for annotation. "Annotator is a breakthrough in workgroup collaboration," said FutureSoft COO Mike Karaffa. "It lets you verbally communicate your exact ideas and suggestions, as only a recorded message can." Annotator supports multi-layer annotations and multiple page documents. Password protection is also available. FutureSoft is now accepting beta registrations at the company's website. Annotator is scheduled for release in March 1998.
