Fujitsu Software, Interleaf and XIS Consulting address ISO 9000 concerns

A seminar series, focusing on examining business processes rather than documents, will kick off the combined effort on September 30 in San Jose. Featuring workflow and document management software from Fujitsu Software and Interleaf, the ISO 9000 Seminar Series will give attendees "hands-on" experience with tools that help address ISO 9000 certification. Attendees will also receive a free CD of XIS Consulting VP James Davies' ISO 9000 Management Systems Manual, which outlines various requirements and a methodology for achieving and maintaining ISO 9000 certification.
