Form management for PeopleSoft

Certified by PeopleSoft, CreateForm Version 3.0 PSE1 Edition is the latest addition of its complementary output management products for PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne.

Formerly called CreateForm for J.D. Edwards, it is the first such product designed specifically for PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne users. CreateForm says Version 3.0 provides a robust new feature set for advanced data formatting capabilities and enhanced functionality including:

• intelligent tables for formatting and management of repeating line item data;

• data calculation function for items such as page subtotals in repaginated documents, tax rate conversion and more;

• variable subforms for dynamic utilization of variable images and data within the document;

• drag-and-drop variables to simplify data mapping from original PDF output to the new form;

• user variables to facilitate combining and modifying EnterpriseOne, ERP 8 or OneWorld user variables for creation and insertion of unique data variable content;

• page style function to facilitate formatting of page types such as first page, continuation page and end page;

• localizable dates and formats for customized date, numeric and currency formatting to streamline multinational distributed output;

• automated form templates for out-of-the-box output and fast-tracked form design with standard EnterpriseOne reports, so users can create their own templates or choose from various predesigned templates, included with the software; and

• queue-based server architecture for streamlined server management and multiprocessing capabilities.
