FileNet partnerships abound

FileNet (Costa Mesa, CA, http://www.filenet.com) and Holosofx (Manhattan Beach, CA, http://www.holosofx.com) have allied to tie Workflow BPR, Holosofx's business process modeling software, with FileNet's Visual WorkFlo. The combined product boasts start-to-finish business process management and work automation.

"Now organizations can build workflow environments that improve quality on an ongoing basis," said Kian Saneii, Visual WorkFlo product marketing manager at FileNet.

Workflow BPR features process definition, analysis and simulation capabilities to model business processes such as insurance claims handling, loan origination, accounts payable and receivable, and customer service. With "real data" coming from Visual WorkFlo, organizations can improve those processes to adapt to changing market, regulatory and competitive conditions
