Factiva and Oracle join forces

Factiva introduced Factiva Modules, a program that integrates news and information into Enterprise Information Portals (EIPs) for strategic alliances with e-business software providers currently developing EIPs for corporate desktops.

As a flagship member of Oracle's Portal Partner Initiative, a new program designed to create a community of content providers, system integrators and independent software vendors, Factiva will be theexclusive provider of premium global news and information through modules that will be integrated into the Oracle Enterprise Portal framework.

Under the agreement, companies using Oracle Enterprise InformationPortals will have access to most comprehensive business intelligence tools available from Factiva, including news and information from Dow Jones and Reuters journalists around the world
