Extraordinarily suite

Hyperwave has announced its new eConferencing Suite, which is said to combine a full-featured conferencing module for direct and synchronous Internet-based communication with additional collaboration and knowledge management functionality.

The Web-based tool enhances enterprisewide collaboration and knowledge management by collecting and storing conference content in the Hyperwave databank, says Hyperwave, adding that the data can be retrieved at any time by the “save and replay function,” which locates and plays back the desired information through metadata.

The eConferencing Suite can be integrated in all Hyperwave Business Solutions. Existing applications are supplemented by online collaborative functions, and performance is expanded to include real-time communication without having to give up the familiar Web interface or install a client application. As with all Hyperwave applications, the eConferencing Suite is based on the IS/6 platform, and can be integrated in existing software solutions easily.
