Equant unveils business services
Equant (Atlanta) has unveiled a suite of services that help people transfer and access information across a network. IP@Equant is a portfolio of products and services that provides reliable and secure access to corporate information via a private network infrastructure. CoAction@Equant offers solutions to allow companies to work collaboratively across multiple locations, and communicate internally and externally. CallCentre@Equant is a suite of tailored call center outsourcing solutions, which can include inbound and outbound services, direct marketing, helpdesk, or inquiry support. MobileConnect@Equant offers solutions for traveling or remote staff through worldwide connectivity and unified integrated messaging services. A corporate roaming Internet access service will be available later this summer. Equant has also formed new solutions teams across product marketing, engineering and operations, and new consultancy teams have been appointed or recruited from outside the company to service customer accounts. "By offering packaged solutions, Equant can provide clear, competitive business advantages for our customers," said Equant marketing VP Laurence Huntley. "It means we are better suited to meet customer challenges and solve real business problems."
