Enigma partners with Click Commerce

Through an agreement that allows it to resell order and warranty management technology developed by Click Commerce, Enigma says it has extended its 3C platform, giving to give capital equipment OEMs a complete end-to-end solution for their customers and dealer networks.

Enigma explains that its 3C Order Manager module integrates Click Commerce’s order management software with the Enigma 3C Platform , giving OEMs the ability to offer a comprehensive Web order management solution integrated with Enigma’s content platform. The company adds that customers and dealers that currently access complete spare parts information and procedural details on extranets or channels powered by Enigma, will now be able to automatically complete the ordering process after identifying the parts required. Further, the company says they have access to personalized pricing and inventory availability and can monitor the status of an order. This will reduce order cycle time, decrease errors and extend collaboration across channels and partners.

Enigma’s 3C Order Manager and 3C Warranty Manager products accelerate and streamline the processes in which an OEM engages while ordering and tracking spare parts and reduce the warranty-processing costs received from dealers, independent maintenance shops and equipment operators.

The Enigma 3C Warranty Manager module supplies the individual dealer or operator with specific information on the length of the warranty, detailed extended warranty information, real-time authorization to return spare parts and the ability to register warranties online, Enigma says.

Both modules are said to integrate with existing back end systems
