Elms Signs Service Agreement With Anacomp
Elms Systems (Tustin, CA) has signed a service agreement with Anacomp (Poway, CA) for its Digital Versatile Library (DVL) system. Anacomp will provide on-site warrantee service and on-site post warranty service. "Teaming with a company like Anacomp," said Elms VP of Sales and Marketing Robert Smith, "provides our customers with the confidence they need to use the DVL in broader enterprise applications. The agreement calls for Anacomp to stock spare parts ensuring quick repairs for customers. Anacomp has completed training and is ready to begin servicing DVL's immediately. "We've already integrated DVL into the range of CD systems we service," added Hans Hedfeld, Anacomp's VP of Technical Services. "We know our experience and quick response will add a lot of value for Elms' customers."
