ElectroCom presents new AEG Recognition engine

From processing high-volume mail for the U.S. Postal Service to scanning health forms, applications, claims, faxes, bills of lading, charge receipts, baggage tags and testing data, ElectroCom's (Fairfax, VA, http://www.ecaard.com) AEG Recognition engine boasts the world's largest base of any ICR/OCR engine.

ElectroCom will use the AIIM venue to highlight its new IntelliDoc Pro, based on the AEG Recognition engine. New features include an OCR Network Interface (ONI) and Form Editor Studio--a user friendly forms editing tool.

ElectroCom's line of IntelliScan high-volume scanners that scan and processes up to 240 images per minute will also show at AIIM. Built-in grayscale image processing is handled in the scanner eliminating the need for separate work stations. IntelliScan also deploys the AEG Recognition ICR/OCR engine
