Eastman Kodak Names Two to Board

Eastman Kodak (Rochester, NY) has named two new members to its board of directors. Kodak president and COO Daniel Carp and Alcoa (Pittsburgh) chairman and CEO Paul O'Neill bring "exceptional balance" and proven leadership to the board, said Kodak CEO George Fisher. O'Neill served as president of International Paper from 1977 until his appointment at Alcoa in 1987. Carp joined Kodak in 1970 and has been responsible for business and operational activities outside the U.S.
