Dynamic case management from Eccentex

Eccentex, a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions for dynamic case management (DCM) has released Dynamic Case Management Template 3.0 for AppBase.

The company explains that AppBase Application Templates provide prebuilt functionality to accelerate development of enterprise case management applications by business analysts, rather than seasoned developers. The analysts configure procedures, SLAs, people and custom forms using visual tools rather than coding and decide how flexible or rigid a procedure is for each type of case.

Eccentex reports Version 3.0 is designed to give knowledge workers tools to make adaptive, ad hoc decisions on an individual case level. It includes real-time dashboards, “similar cases” functions, proactive alerts and bottleneck monitors that give users the complete picture of the case. Eccentex adds that ad hoc tasks, collaboration channels and in-flight logic changers provide the capabilities for knowledge workers to react effectively.

Further, DCM Template 3.0 introduces improved people management with visual escalation paths for different types of cases and teams. The Template provides an easy way to manually or automatically assign the right people based on workload, skill set, teams, location and almost any other factor, and manages the ability to collaborate with external people. This set of features is in addition to the previous features of DCM Template 2.0, which include comprehensive document management, internal and external people management, inbound/outbound communication channels and portals.
