SER Solutions has released SERsynergy 3.3, an integrated document management system. The company says the most significant new feature of this latest version is the PowerSearch capability, which enables quick and efficient free-text searches.

Further, says the company, PowerSearch uses its neural network technology to intelligently locate information based on the content and context of a request and regardless of whether the information has been indexed. SER goes on to explain that PowerSearch is effective as the single user interface to access all data repositories, including external file servers and word processing libraries. As an integrated document management system, says the company, SERsynergy creates one centralized information repository of account data that can be searched in seconds.

SER reports that in addition to PowerSearch, SERsynergy 3.3 includes the following key features:

• Easy online access through a secured Internet browser environment, eliminating time-consuming desktop software installation;

• Useful electronic audits of customer documentation and files;

• simple integration of statements, check images and documents to online banking;

• native storage of EDM documents; and

• safe and secure archival of critical customer account information.
