Document productivity
Spicer has released Imagenation 8.1, which enables users to scan, review, mark up and print hundreds of office documents, CAD drawing and model formats. Imagenation’s applications include engineering drawing review, format conversion, redaction of confidential information and document archiving. Imagenation 8.1's online document productivity enhancements include:
- Spicer markups saved in PDF;
- industry leading new scanner toolkit support for HP, Canon, Epson and Fujitsu; and
- Imagenation browser plug-in for FireFox.
Imagenation 8.1 provides support for the following new formats:
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2007 and 2008 DWG,
- Autodesk Inventor 11 2D & 3D,
- SolidWorks 2007 2D & 3D,
- PTC Pro/Engineer V16 to Wildfire 3 - 3D,
- TIFF compression scheme 7, and
- Multipage SVG & SVGZ.
