Divine acquires Northern Light

Although no details of the deal were announced, Divine reports it has acquired certain assets of Northern Light in a move designed to enhance its content-rich solutions for portals, intranets, Web sites and extranets.

Divine adds that the acquisition will enhance its ability to offer content through Northern Light's Special Collection, the largest online desktop business research library with more than 7,100 electronically procured and presented documented sources. The company further says the move will strengthen its content management and delivery solutions for the publishing and media industry by expanding the number of sources Divine can offer and by providing an improved interface for locating specific content.
