Diamond Head unveils FileNet development controls suite

) has released ImageBASIC for FileNet Version 3.2, a rapid application development suite for FileNet (Costa Mesa, CA, http://www.filenet.com) applications. The suite provides maximum flexibility and decreases the development time for FileNet customers to create robust FileNet client applications. Additionally, ImageBASIC can create robust FileNet capture applications at a lower cost than a typical FileNet scanning application; an ImageBASIC for FileNet indexing and batch entry station costs about $1,185, compared with $10,000 or more for a typical FileNet capture station. "ImageBASIC is a strong solution for customizing and extending FileNet imaging applications as well as integrating additional best of breed imaging and document management components easily," said Meta Group analyst David Yockelson.
