Diamond Head creates FileNet suite

Diamond Head Software (Richardson, TX,

http://www.dhs.com) has created a rapid application development suite for FileNet (Costa Mesa, CA, http://www.filenet.com). ImageBasic for FileNet Version 3.2 provides increased flexibility and reduces the development time for customers to create FileNet client applications. ImageBasic creates capture applications at a lower cost than a typical FileNet scanning application. An ImageBasic for FileNet indexing and batch entry station costs about $1,185, compared with $10,000 for a typical FileNet capture station. "ImageBasic is a strong solution for customizing and extending FileNet imaging applications," says Meta Group (Stamford, CT, http://www.metagroup.com) analyst David Yockelson.
