Datacap solution lets fax number send info to an application

A new solution from Datacap (Tarrytown, NY,

http://www.datacap.com) gives users the ability to send information to an imaging application or database from anywhere in the world by dialing a fax number and hitting the send key. The company has integrated faxing with its Paper Keyboard 97 and Task Master products.

The high-volume fax input capability uses RightFAX's (Tucson, AZ) network-based fax server software and Teubner and Associates' (Stillwater, OK, http://www.epsweb.teubner.com) enterprise-based Faxgate product. Faxs can include hand-print and machine-print characters, check boxes and barcodes. The RightFAX Task and Faxgate Task are $995 per station. Both products, along with Paper Keyboard and Task Master, are available from Datacap.
