Datacap Shines at Lighthouse Capital Management

Lighthouse Capital Management, a Houston-based financial services advisory firm, has selected Datacap

(White Plains, NY) to provide data and image capture solutions. Datacap will automate the process of delivering Lighthouse's financial statements to its customers nationwide. Specifically, Lighthouse will use Datacap's Paper Keyboard to scan, recognize and index each client's individual monthly brokerage statements. Datacap's Task Master will streamline the verification of individual client information. Using the system, Lighthouse will also reduce the time spent reconciling some 700 investment accounts from two weeks to four days, and deliver internal monthly statements in four days. "We require 100% accuracy, with each and every report," said Lighthouse CFO Chris Cobb. "Datacap's software automatically integrates the human intervention we need." Since implementing the system, Lighthouse has seen the number of documents with reported differences dip from 600 documents per month to less than 50.
