Data General and Filemark Sign OEM Agreement

Filemark (Natick, MA) and Data General

(Westboro, MA) have signed a multi-year OEM agreement. Under the agreement Filemark will provide information archival and retrieval technology for Data General's AV cold product. "We are excited about the potential business opportunities ourrelationship with Data General presents," said Filemark president John Bernard. Added Michael Fowler, director of Data General's Imaging Business Unit's engineering and product marketing: "This will enable both companies to deliver comprehensive solutions incorporating Web-based access and application integration, even more quickly than before."
