Cotelligent Group (San Francisco) has acquired another IT consulting firm. Information Systems Resources

(ISR, Tallahassee, FL) is a consulting firm specializing in implementation of Oracle (Redwood Shores, CA) and PeopleSoft (Pleasanton, CA) database management systems. ISR is the third acquisition for Cotelligent in the last week, and the seventh acquisition of its third fiscal quarter. ISR had approximately $4 million in revenue in 1997.
