Cotelligent Acquires IT Consulting Firms

San Francisco-based IT consulting firm Cotelligent Group has acquired

Pyramid Technical Services (Bellevue, WA) and Diversified Business Systems (Atlanta) for an undisclosed sum. Pyramid, founded in 1992, is an IT consulting firm serving corporations in the Seattle area with software engineering, systems integration and management, networking and multimedia services. Pyramid will be combined with FDSI Consulting, Cotelligent's Seattle subsidiary. DBS provides system application, database and system administration, and communications and network support for Atlanta-area clients.
