Content, meet process; process, meet content

Metastorm has developed a number of packaged solutions for connecting its business process management (BPM) software with enterprise content management (ECM) software from Documentum, Hummingbird, Interwoven and Meridio.

Metastorm says these "Process Pods" include both vertical and horizontal business software as well as more technical process-related solutions that help companies interegrate BPM initiatives into existing IT infrastructure. The new content management pods are packaged connectors that allow organizations to quickly integrate the Metastorm BPM software suite with applications that are critical to business process success.

The company adds that its BPM pods for Documentum, Hummingbird, Interwoven and Meridio allow customers to align content and process to maximize their investment in both systems and gain greater visibility and control over key information and critical business processes.
