First is the IXOS-eCONserver, which IXOS calls the building block for its data and document archiving solutions; it can manage an enterprise’s complete document base.

eCONtext for CRM emerges from a development partnership with SAP for further creation and integration of document-based solutions, including interfaces for mySAP CRM and expansion of document integration functionality with mySAP.com.

With eCONtent for MS Exchange, IXOS offers a scalable document management system based on the Microsoft groupware platform. IXOS reports the software enables automated business processes related to archiving, publication and searching of high volumes of heterogeneous document types. Additionally, it helps facilitate work group collaboration, without requiring duplication of system services. eCONtent also provides a secure path for migration to a Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server.

IXOS reports eCONcert is an universal document portal that enables users to have immediate access to all relevant business documents through a single point of access via the Web. Users can bring together documents from disparate systems such ERP, CRM and host systems as well as e-mail, correspondence and other documents. They can view all of these documents from a web browser instead of having to learn numerous individual applications.
