Connecting Notes and Documentum

Crown Partners has debuted Lotus Notes Connector (LNC), which has been designed to provide an easy way to combine the capabilities of the EMC Documentum repository with Lotus Notes. This allows clients to manage their e-mail as fully regulated content. With LNC, the e-mail document can be stored in its original Lotus Notes format or as a PDF for long-term preservation.

Additional features of LNC include:

• no installation required on the Domino Server and no changes required to the Lotus Notes Mail template,
• export messages and attachments to Documentum with drag-and-drop, and
• the ability to stay compliant by maintaining the original e-mail format in the content repository.

All Crown products receive the "Designed for EMC" accreditation. This designation ensures clients that Crown products are optimized and aligned with EMC Documentum products and will be synchronized with EMC Documentum upgrades.
