Talisma has released a new multi-channel CRM solution, Talisma V6.0 Plus, which features Talisma Knowledgebase and Talisma Portal. The company describes Talisma Knowledgebase as a multi-user KM system intended to increase customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs. Talisma Portal is a scalable, configurable and secure customer self-service Web portal designed to enable organizations to enhance their customers’ experience.

The company adds that Talisma Knowledgebase is designed to enhance the creation and sharing of product sheets, FAQs, manuals and other kinds of company information with prospects, customers, employees and partners. Functionality includes article creation and publishing workflow, document management features, Web-interface customization and reporting capabilities.

Talisma Portal allows customers to securely access and self-manage their profile, preferences, status of their current requests, interaction case history, communicate via e-mail and chat, and search for answers to their questions via the Talisma Knowledgebase.
