Cascade creates Royle’s online catalogs

Online catalogs published by Royle Digital Impressions (Sun Prairie, WI,

http://www.royle.com) are created and maintained using technology from Cascade Systems (Andover, MA, http://www.cascadenet.com). The provider of interactive catalog services, finding its jukebox database system to no longer be sufficient, has adopted Cascade’s MediaSphere multi-media library system.

Integrated with Adobe’s Acrobat technology, MediaSphere is designed for multiple users, enabling designers to create online catalogs using the same prepress processes as those for print. Pages containing PDF, page, video and audio files, images and text are stored and automatically indexed. MediaSphere/W3 features search and retrieval with a Web browser.
