CRM made simple

Splashnet has released a new version of its Internet-based, subscription CRM offering. The company calls Splashnet 2.0 a “new class of application” that allows small- and medium-sized organizations to implement enterprise-grade technology.

Splashnet claims its solution allows even novice business users to quickly develop Web pages that are able to showcase products, company news and information as well as gather leads and literature requests, all of which feed into the CRM application.

The company adds that 2.0 includes other enhancements, including:

  • better backend data security;

  • support for customer configured fields;

  • improved querying capability through Splashnet’s segmentation function;

  • heightened mail and e-mail merge capability; and

  • MS Outlook synchronization.

Splashnet also reports an upgraded modular architecture has been implemented for its alliance partners to facilitate vertical market configuration requirements.
