Said to improve an organization's bottom-line performance by reducing costs in deployment, maintenance and training, PeopleSoft 8 CRM offers universal access from any Web device.

The company says its new offering is the only solution to provide embedded analytics. PeopleSoft says that to facilitate the decision-making process, the product includes: Support Insight, Profitability Insight, Marketing Insight, Sales Activity Insight and Customer Scorecard. The company adds that PeopleSoft 8 CRM connects marketing, sales and customer service to supply chain, financials and human capital management systems.

The product suite includes sales, marketing, field service, help desk, interaction management and support applications. The English version will ship June 29. At the end of July, PeopleSoft expects to deliver versions in French, French Canadian, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Traditional Chinese and Swedish.
