Pegasystems has launched Pega SFA, which, the company says, allows organizations to intelligently manage complex multi-step sales processes, reduce sales cycle times and increase pipeline generation.

The new version of Pega SFA extends Pegasystems’ analytical and decisioning capabilities to contextually recommend the best steps to move a deal from prospecting to close and recommending the best products to sell a contact to increase revenue and build loyalty. Pega SFA also enables sales teams to manage local campaigns, giving sales teams the ability to configure and run personalized campaigns that leverage the templates set up by their corporate marketing teams.

Pega SFA’s user interface ensures that user forms work seamlessly across all devices, from mobile to tablet to PC, thus increasing sales team productivity by providing access to critical SFA capabilities through a user experience that is dynamically tailored to any device, according to the company.
