Boeing BI roll-out in just 90 days

Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU) manages assets of more than $3 billion for over 265,000 members. “Real-time eBusiness Intelligence” solution provider Sagent Technology. has completed a 90-day, start-to-finish implementation at BECU. The business analysis system offers improved customer relationship management (CRM) by giving the BECU marketing and operations departments real-time access to customer profiles and financial activity.

The BECU member eBusiness Intelligence system accesses member transactions, check processing, IRA investments, loan activity and market share history data via the Web. Using this member information, BECU can plan one-to-one marketing campaigns and drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives. With Sagent's eBusiness intelligence solutions, BECU has significantly increased its level of CRM in about two months.

"With the completion of the BECU eBusiness Intelligence system in under 90 days, Sagent has provided excellent tools for data extraction and load analysis and Web delivery," said Butch Leonardson, VP of Information Technology at BECU.
