Bluebird Names GM of its TransDocs Business Unit

Bluebird Systems (Carlsbad, CA) has named James Meehan as general manager of the company's TransDocs business unit. Meehan will be responsible for the development, sales and support of Bluebird's TRANSDOCS products, as well as for day-to-day operations of the division.
