EUR Systems has added a new business intelligence module in its line of billing solutions and business process outsourcing services. The BI module reportedly allows users to transform all of their corporate data into customer insight that can be used for business operations. Users can build thorough reports to analyze customer activity in order to understand their customers' behavior, EUR says.
The company explains that the new BI module, built on OLAP technology, also allows users to:
- optimize profitability by segmenting customers in terms of value,
- improve customer relationships and retention,
- find up-sell opportunities,
- manage information effectively and cost efficiently,
- visually represent data in graph or chart form for easy analysis, and
- quickly adjust strategies to respond to market changes.
