Business process management (BPM) software provider HandySoft Global and Open Solutions, a provider of integrated enabling technologies for financial service providers across the world, today announced a partnership to deploy process-driven solutions to banks and credits unions. According to the terms of the agreement, Open Solutions will provide its clients with integrated access to HandySoft’s BizFlow BPM solution to enable workflow automation.
HandySoft’s BizFlow enables financial service providers to improve operational efficiencies and customer services through process automation. By tying together forms associated with enrollment, eligibility, lending and accounts payables with their corresponding data, files, people and routing rules, organizations can eliminate error-prone steps while providing improved visibility and collaboration.
Through this partnership, Open Solutions says, in particular its Digital Document Systems (DDS) clients will be able to initiate, manage and monitor workflows associated with processes such as new member enrollment, lending, check processing, AP/AR and HR. Digital Document Systems provides a Web-based archival system for enterprisewide access to scanned documents, reports, receipts and statements.
